This blog was initially designed to bring users the latest of Social Media news. The idea emerged from Mja3es's own belief in the power such media can bring to the Arab world especially with the recent euphoria in the utilization of its tools by youth in the region.

Building on the fact that Social Media is still an emerging concept in the Middle East and North Africa, the blog serves as a modest portal that brings Arab users to a sneak-peak to resources in Arabic. The lack of such Arabic content and the minimal Arabic-language support on the majority of social media platforms support hinder its utilization those interested in acquiring the necessary skills to master it.
